Refund policy
At KNEXCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:
1. Digital Products (AI Prompt Packs, Templates, Downloads)

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the product has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download error, corrupted file, or access problem), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@knexco.store, and we will ensure you receive a working version of your purchase.
2. Physical Products (KNEX Pad & Accessories)
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges (Physical Products Only)

If your KNEX Pad arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence of the issue.
5. Shipping Returns

To return a physical product, please contact us first at contact@knexco.store.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Exceptions & Special Cases

Lost or stolen packages: KNEXCo is not responsible for lost/stolen shipments confirmed as delivered by the courier.

Custom or limited edition items: These are non-returnable unless defective.
