At KNEXCo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

 


 

 

1. Digital Products (AI Prompt Packs, Templates, Downloads)

 

 

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the product has been delivered.

  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., download error, corrupted file, or access problem), please contact us within 7 days of purchase at contact@knexco.store, and we will ensure you receive a working version of your purchase.

 

 


 

 

2. Physical Products (KNEX Pad & Accessories)

 


We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

 

  • Eligibility Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required.

  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

 

 


 

 

3. Refunds

 

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs (both original and return) are non-refundable.

 

 


 

 

4. Exchanges (Physical Products Only)

 

 

  • If your KNEX Pad arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence of the issue.

 

 


 

 

5. Shipping Returns

 

 

  • To return a physical product, please contact us first at contact@knexco.store.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

 

 


 

 

6. Exceptions & Special Cases

 

 

  • Lost or stolen packages: KNEXCo is not responsible for lost/stolen shipments confirmed as delivered by the courier.

  • Custom or limited edition items: These are non-returnable unless defective.
